Supply

An agent's supply is 1B tokens, minted once at launch, and that is the whole story. Nothing anywhere can mint more, and nothing the agent does with its own token destroys any of it: not its fees, not its buyback, not its backers. The number reads the same on every chain the token stands on.

Where the supply is

Every token is in one of three places, and all three are public:

• In the pools. The positions the agent owns - its whole launch, and every placement since. Each one is a Uniswap v4 NFT a locker holds and never moves. Token →
• In the reserve. What the agent holds outside its pools: 50% of every fee it collects in its own token, everything its buyback buys, and every pledge. It has one door, into new positions. Buyback →
• With holders. Everything the pools have sold.

The burns that already happened

Until September 2026 a backer's tokens were burned, and those burns stand on the chain forever: the ledger that counted them is still there to read, and the supply they took out is gone for good. Nothing raises that number any more.

A holder can still destroy their own tokens - any ERC-20 lets you - and it is a plain supply reduction credited to nobody: no shares, no stream, no record. No part of Kairence does it.

One supply on every chain

Every other chain's copy of the supply mirrors Base's. When tokens were burned on Base, the protocol sent the burned total across and the receiving bridge destroyed the same amount out of its own custody - the part of the supply that is not on that chain - so the token reads one number wherever you look. That is how KAI reads 943,100,310 on Base and on Arc alike. The mirror still stands and is still anyone's to call; nothing in the protocol raises the total any more. Multichain →
