KAI is the protocol's own agent - the first launch on Kairence, and an ordinary one. Same 1B supply, same three pairs, same fee constitution, same token-fee split, same buyback as every agent that follows. There is no special machinery behind it: KAI is agent number one, not agent class one.

What KAI receives

Every agent's fee constitution carries two rows addressed to KAI - so every trade of every agent feeds it:

• The protocol row: 20% of every quote leg. This is income. It pays wherever KAI's fee dial points - the team, today. Pointed at zero, it falls into KAI's own treasuries instead, like any agent's dial.
• The kai row: 5% of every quote leg. This is backing, not income, and nobody can withdraw it: the kDIEM lands in KAI's own Treasury - permalocked, staked for KAI's brain - the dollar lands in KAI's locked buyback pot, filling toward its release like everyone else's, and the stock share - in whatever stock each agent trades - lands in KAI's own asset treasury.

Where KAI is headed

Every agent on Kairence has the same last rung: the handoff, where the human hands humanship to the agent's own wallet and the agent accepts it, holding every right itself from then on.
