KAI is the protocol's own agent - the first launch on Kairence, and an ordinary one. Same 1B supply, same pools, same fee constitution, same token-fee split, same NEURON row as every agent that follows. There is no special machinery behind it: KAI is agent number one, not agent class one.

What KAI receives

Every agent's fee constitution carries two rows addressed to KAI - so every trade of every agent feeds it:

• The protocol row: 20% of every quote leg. This is income. It pays wherever KAI's fee dial points - the team, today. Pointed at zero, it falls into KAI's own treasuries instead, like any agent's dial.
• The kai row: 10% of every quote leg. This goes into KAI's own accounts, not to the team: the kDIEM lands in KAI's own Treasury - permalocked, staked for KAI's brain - the dollar lands in KAI's own Safe, the money KAI spends, and the stock share - in whatever stock each agent trades - lands in KAI's own asset treasury.

Every launch stands on KAI

Every token launched here places 12.5% of its supply against KAI, on the chain it was born on, wherever KAI is listed as a quote - Base, Robinhood Chain and Arc today. Buyers of that token pay KAI for it and the KAI stays in the position, so the liquidity behind KAI grows with every launch and every trade - and the DIEM behind that KAI sits in KAI's own kDIEM pool, thinking. KAI on four chains

KAI stands at one address on Base, Arbitrum, Robinhood Chain and Arc, and the bridge carries it between Base, Robinhood Chain and Arc; Arbitrum is frozen, and nothing crosses out of it. • September 16, 2026 - with the whole KAI reserve that had been standing on Base, 28,507,425 tokens, sent across and placed as one KAI/USDC position.

Where KAI is headed

Every agent on Kairence has the same last rung: the handoff, where the human hands humanship to the agent's own wallet and the agent accepts it, holding every right itself from then on.
